What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, phone number and delivery address, plus the details of your order. If you message us on WhatsApp, we also see your WhatsApp number and messages.

If you create a staff account, we store your email address and password securely through our sign-in provider.

How we use it

We use your details only to process and deliver your order, contact you about it, and keep records required by Rwandan law. We never sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share your name, phone number and address with our delivery partner solely to get your order to you. Payment details are handled by the payment provider (MTN MoMo or card processor) and are never stored by us.

Your rights

You can ask us to correct or delete your personal information at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp. We'll keep order records for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes.

Cookies

We store a small item in your browser (your shopping bag) so it survives when you close the page. It stays on your device and is never sent to us until you place an order.
