Terms of service
Last updated 1 October 2026
Orders
An order is confirmed once we accept it and your payment is confirmed. If an item sells out after you order, we'll offer a refund or an alternative piece of equal value.
Prices & payment
All prices are shown in Rwandan Francs (RWF). We accept MTN Mobile Money and card payments. Prices may change without notice, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.
Product photos
We photograph our own stock. Colours may appear slightly different on your screen depending on your display, and we do our best to describe every item accurately.
Acceptable use
Please don't misuse the site — no scraping, reselling of site content, or placing orders you don't intend to complete. We may cancel orders that appear fraudulent.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. Questions? Message us on WhatsApp and we'll sort it out.
