Refund & exchange policy

Returns window
You may return or exchange an unworn, unwashed item with its tags still attached within 7 days of delivery. Simply message us on WhatsApp with your order number to start a return.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are sent back the way you paid — to your MTN Mobile Money number or your card. We process refunds within 48 hours of receiving the returned item.
Exchanges
Exchanges for a different size or colour are free within Kigali — we pick up the original piece and deliver the replacement once it's back in stock.
Items we can't take back
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on bodysuits, underwear or swimwear unless faulty.
Faulty or wrong items
If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo on WhatsApp and we'll replace it or refund you in full — delivery on the way back is on us.
Walk-in sales
Items bought in-store at our Kigali location can be exchanged within 7 days with the receipt, subject to the same conditions above.
